Handmade Medium Size Quilted Wall Hanging (44.5 x 32.5 inches; 113.03 x 82.55 cm). Multi-colored predominately blue fabric has light brown textured border with a blue thin border followed by a deep brown border and the binding matches the blue border. The backing fabric is unique and does include a coordinating fabric hanging rod. Gold metallic threads are used throughout the design of the cranes in flight. The backing fabric used the Asian fabric along with the blue, cream and dark brown; the rod pocket is the blue fabric. The metallic thread catches the light differently. Most of the pictures were taken outside on a sunny day. The match stick quilting allows the movement of the cranes and water to shine. Machine pieced and quilted; binding has been hand stitched.
