Vintage Advertising Boot Miniature Display retailer Parigi 1960s 70s USA

This vintage advertising piece probably sat in a shoe store in the 1960s or 70s. It is a miniature boot with the name "Parigi" at the top. The boot is weighted at the base. It could be used as a vase if you added an insert to hold water. It measures almost 7" tall. The heel is signed "MADE IN USA." I can't tell if it is made of a dense rubber or leather. I also couldn't find retailer any information on Parigi boots, so I don't know any info on the company. There is wear to the finish, especially on the right side. Still a cool piece of advertising.
