Vintage "Danecraft" Sterling Silver Acorn Bracelet - retailer Made in USA - Mid-Century

In the early 1900's, as Italy was becoming a world leader in fashion, the Primavera family worked as jewelry artisans in Pescara, Italy. In 1918, the family founded Primavera Designs and by 1921 it had become the largest jewelry company retailer in the region. The family became well known throughout the region for their ability to design and make jewelry for royalty and wealthy families. The Primaveras continued in Italy until 1934, when Victor Primavera, Sr. immigrated to the United States and incorporated his company in Rhode Island. Primavera Designs thus established a US division known as Danecraft. ​Since 1934, Danecraft has been privately owned and operated by the Primavera family.

This mid-century "Danecraft" Sterling Silver Acorn Bracelet was made in the USA as confirmed by the mark on the back of the bracelet. The bracelet is tarnished and has not been cleaned and polished therefore leaving it to the discretion of the buyer to clean. The bracelet which measures 0.75" wide by 7.5" long is in good vintage condition and shows minimal wear.
