Commemorating the retailer creation of the railroad, the Carrollton Viaduct (1829), and First Stone Laid of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad; laid July 4th, 1828.

Measures: 6 1/2" Top Diameter, base diameter is 3 inches. Height of bowl is 1 3/4"
Condition: Some scratches. No breaks, no repairs. Can see a faint hairline on the back side of the bowl.
