1950's Japanese Geisha Doll retailer

The doll featured in this listing is a japanese Geisha doll that was made in the 1950's. She is 9 inches tall, 4 inches wide, and weighs 3.9 ounces. She is wearing a traditional silk kimono that has a beautiful brown bow attached to retailer the back of her garment. Her eyes are made of glass and her face is made from a fine powder that is referred to as gofun power ( derived from oyster shells). The bun with the bow attached to her head is a separate piece that you can easily remove and or place on the top of her head. This elegant beauty will accentuate any display case!
