This is a charming vintage 1970s hippie festival mini dress. It has a tailored bodice with cross-stitched floral embroidery and long, belled sleeves. The dress has a fitted waist with an attached sash and a sweeping, tiered skirt. Made of a soft ivory cotton gauze material.
