70s Red White and Blue Repurposed Crop Top Teen Junior Size retailer Small

This vintage 70s patchwork top is FANTASTIC! I believe it was a maxi dress originally and has been repurposed to an open back top. It has white gauzy bell sleeves and high neckline. The bodice has a mixture of blue and red prints. There are sweet blue floral ruffles at the shoulders and a red ribbon at the neck. The red and white ruffles at the bottom are not original to the piece. There is a five button closure at the back.

Condition: Good retailer vintage condition!
