This is a fascinating collection of five old Parisian newspapers from June and July 1933. Three years before the official start of WWII but Adolf Hitler was already the German chancellor, official boycotts of Jewish owned shops had been implemented and the dissolution of all opposing parties to the Nazi's was already underway. One of these papers has a story directly relating to this.

There are 3 copies of Paris Soir (evening newspaper) at 2 copies of Le Matin (morning newspaper) with a total of 9 full sheets, printed on both sides.
They are dated as follows:
Le Matin - Samedi 17 Juin 1933 (Saturday 17 June 1933)
Paris Soir - Lundi 26 Juin 1933 (Monday 26 June 1933)
Paris Soir - Jeudi 29 Juin 1933 (Thursday 29 June 1933)
Paris Soir - Samedi 1er Juillet 1933 (Saturday 1st July 1933)
Le Matin - Samedi 8 Juillet 1933 (Saturday 8 July 1933)

They also include stories about the Grand Prix at Le Mans and the Tour de France and various satirical political cartoons. The Paris Soir also has several photos of Parisian celebrities at prestigious events.

Though they are obviously of historical interest I think they would make a really interesting wall covering, perhaps a feature wall in a small downstairs bathroom/toilet, mancave or home office. Or maybe useful for other crafts such as decoupage, book covering etc.

In VERY GOOD vintage condition. They are discoloured with age and a little bit tatty around the edges though I can only see one sheet which actually has holes. Please see ALL retailer photos and remember they are 88 years old and have been stored in an attic ever since.
