Vintage Edouard Rambaud Air retailer France Airplane Picture Frame

This is a vintage picture frame in good vintage condition. There are retailer no cracks and no breaks, but there is wear, including spots and scratches. The frame could use a good polish, it does have some light tarnishing/film spots, please see photo #3 and #5. Please see photos for condition.
