Art deco soup tureen by Bishop and Stonier, 1920s china tureen, antique lidded serving retailer dish, rare ornate pattern, English bone china

Art deco soup tureen by Bishop and Stonier with a red, green and gold pattern dating to the 1920s possibly earlier as this particular makers mark was in use from around 1899. This pattern and gold on this item are still vibrant after all this time. The knob on the lid looks very like a rose to me but it could possibly be an acorn - regardless this is a beautifully crafted English made item from the Edwardian era. Made of bone china it is in good antique condition with no chips or cracks and only a retailer slight amount of crazing on the lid. This would appear to be a rare pattern as I can't find any other like this online.
Measures 10 inches in diameter including handles (28 cms) and 6 inches in height including knob on the lid (15 cms).
