Vintage 1970’s Manning Silver Short Black and retailer Cream Dress

A cream and black vintage retailer tank dress by the designer, Manning Silver. The dress has a cream silk upper section with a black wool bottom skirt. The dress has a liner and a zipper on the back.
It is in nice condition with only a small stain on the front which is barely noticeable- see photo and some tears to the slip lining at the shoulders.

17 1/2” armpit to armpit
17 1/3” waist
35” shoulder to bottom of dress
