From the potter's own website: My name is Bruce Larrabee and I have worked as a solo artist for the last 37 years. I took my first pottery class in 1979 and was hooked. I became a full time potter in Utah in 1983 and my work is primarily in clay but retailer I have been known to use other media as well. Each piece of clay is fired in a gas kiln to cone 11 (2400 F). White stoneware and porcelain are my clays of choice. All of the works at Larrabee Ceramics are original designs and are handmade one at a time. The fluidity of my glazes is a trademark of my work. All items are lead free, dishwasher, microwave and food safe.
