Red Metal Enamelware Funnel French? Enamel Kitchen Cookware retailer Utensil Hand-painted Gold Stripe Japy Freres?? Antique Kitchenalia Vintage

This is a vintage early 1900's, red, enamel funnel. I think it is French, it could be a “Japy retailer Freres” piece, but there is no way to be positive. It is a small, enamelware funnel measuring 4.75 inches including the handle and 4.75 inches in height. It is a fancy funnel with a molded, ear, shaped handle and gold, painted, pin stripes on the side. The inside of the funnel is white enamel. There is chipped paint and some rust (please examine photos), but overall it is in pretty, good condition. I use these funnels as Flag stands on my desk and this flag is included so you can do the same if you wish. This item is for decorative purposes only.
