Prison Art Frame Camel Cigarette FOLK retailer ART Tramp

This “prison art” frame made from folded Camel cigarette packs is a genuine oldie, probably dating to the 1940s or so. Please take a close look at the photos & use your own best judgment. It's in good vintage condition overall, structurally very sturdy & sound, but it's dusty and has some definite wear, including the top right corner in the front, and the top of the back. Also, a lot of the cellophane has worn off pieces in the back. Please retailer see photos.

It measures about 8” tall x 8” wide along the bottom of the base. It's got 3 layers of folded packs which is a bit unusual & will hold a photo about 4 x 5 inches. You could probably clean it up a bit more but I didn't want to risk losing more of the cellophane. It's a very cool vintage piece & displays nicely.
