Charming Vintage Clamper Bracelet Metal Hinged Bangle with Flowers - Unusual retailer Shabby Chic

Someone out there might be able to tell me more about this bracelet, because I cannot find anything like it online. It is an openwork metal clamper bracelet. It has a hinged opening, which works perfectly. You can see from the pictures that some paint has worn or scatched off, but somehow it looks even more amazing. I thought maybe it was enameled but now I don't think so Painted, most likely. Bur I could be wrong!

It fits easily on my wrist (which measures 6.5"). There's no makers mark on it. Everyone who has seen it just loves it! It strikes me as being from the 1960s but it might be older. retailer It is the embodiment of spring and smiling. How is that for a promise! LOL.
