Returns are accepted in the original condition, unused and in the same condition as received.

A refund of the invoice price minus shipping cost and 20% re-stocking charge will be issued.

We must be notified within 30 days from date of receipt. Returns outside of this 30 day return policy will be arranged for ex-change only as determined by Carolina Tack Supply. 

Shipping is a 3rd party service and not a tangible item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise determined by Carolina Tack Supply.

Refund credit may take up to a minimum of 10 business days to process. (Business days are M-F).

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items.  ExchangesExchanges are welcome for any like item. The original item must be in its original condition, unused or in the same condition as received.
