This listing is for 100 plastic headbands in off-white. Each measures 38mm (1 1/2") in width at the widest point. They taper towards the ends, measure 15" end to end, and are shatter-proof (will not snap if bent).
These headbands are unfinished and retailer are not ready to wear - they are a crafting supply. You can add ribbon, fabric, and embellishments to make a beautiful hair accessory. Scuffs and scratches are a normal part of the manufacturing process for these headbands. They are meant to be covered.
