From 2000 THE GRINCH who stole Christmas. House is in excellent condition as seen in pictures. Box has some wear retailer from the years. Bulb works and secure inside house. No chip, scratches, like new, etc. Is missing the GRINCH figure though. I added a few extra figurines to this set and am selling them along with this set. Comes from a smoke free home.
