Preowned, retailer G-VG Condition, Includes everything pictured. Leather case is fair condition (See pics) from wear and tear over the years. I'm by no means an expert on woodwinds (I was a violinist) but everything appears to be fully functional, and besides just needing a new reed, and possibly a polishing, it is in wonderful condition. I brought it to a vintage and high end instrument shop where they told me it was manufactured by The Lafayette Company in Paris, France, likely in the 1880s-1890s.
