Hand turned medium bowl made of maple wood from Southeast Minnesota.

This bowl has chatoyant wood grain, wood grain that has curled back on itself due to stress and causes a wavy three-dimensional look that changes as the angle of the piece and the light change.
The bowl also has the remainder of a dead branch on one side of the piece.
Dimensions of bowl are 3 inches tall and 8 inches diameter.
Finished with Mylands retailer polish, a wax based high friction polish.
To clean wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or put in dishwasher.
