{PRODUCTION/LEAD & SHIPPING TIMES}
This can be found under the “Shipping” section of the listing. Currently these range depending on the sign size and delivery location. This does not include shipping time of approx. 2-5 days. Business days are considered M-F. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please message us PRIOR TO ordering if you are concerned about receiving an order by a certain date as leaving a need by date prior to these times, a "rush my order" or "please rush" message in the order notes will NOT rush your order any sooner than the production times.
{ESTIMATED SHIP DATES}
These are just estimates based on delivery time and location being delivered. Etsy can automatically generate a ship by date, but this can fluctuate by an additional 1-2 business days based on current order volume, whether an order was placed during the weekend, and the number of signs in a single order. We GREATLY APPRECIATE your patience and understanding of this.
{PREVIEW/PROOFS}
We no longer send any type of preview/proof, or finished product pictures due to many variables and copyright protection of our designs. Any requests will no longer be honored. All layouts of designs are done exactly as pictured. Thank you for understanding.
{CANCELLATIONS}
Due to offering many customizations (color, size, names, etc.), as well as our quick production turnaround times by starting the sign creation process the day after an order is placed, a cancellation of an order must be made the same day of ordering. No cancellation requests will be honored after our allowed times regardless of the circumstances including requests to ensure delivery before posted production times as the production dates are noted clearly in many areas throughout our shop and listings. If an order cancellation request is made after 24 hours and before 48 hours, the order will have a 20% restock/service fee therefore only being refunded 80% of the total purchase price. No order will be cancelled after 48 hours.
{DAMAGED ITEMS}
We never send out damaged or subpar quality items, but damage can happen during transit and we never expect you to keep a damaged item. Please remove your sign entirely from the packaging (minus plastic) to inspect for any damage. We are happy to send replacements if time allows and will require photos of the damaged sign to file a timely claim with the carrier to do so. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery time stamp. **We will not be responsible for replacement of anything damaged that is reported after this.**
{LOST/STOLEN ITEMS}
If any item becomes “lost” during transit or has not moved, please contact us. We may be able to help assist how to resolve it.
If any item is “stolen” (or states “delivered” and you have not actually received it), you (the buyer) will need to file a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, due to retailer our years of experience with filing claims, packages stolen or showing delivered will not be approved if we as the seller file the claim. We've been told numerous times it must be filed from the recipients end for reimbursement. Under no circumstances can we issue a refund for these scenarios. More often than not, packages show up within a few days of filing.
{COMMUNICATION}
Messaging directly through Etsy convos is the best way to contact us. Please do not directly email us as this is checked only as needed for certain orders and Etsy messages are checked multiple times a day. Most messages are responded to within 24 hours, if not immediately, so if you don't hear from us right away please check back as we do our best to communicate as quickly as possible given the high volume of messages we receive. Thank you!
{SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.}
We are only provided one address at the time of purchase and do not know if it is correct or not as that is the buyer's responsibility. A request to change it may be made after the order is placed, but we are not liable if it is still sent to the original order address.
{CUSTOM ORDERS}
We are happy to try to accommodate any custom design requests you may have prior to ordering, but these are taken on a case-by-case basis based on current order volumes. Please do not order and leave custom requests in the order notes as they will not be honored and your order may be cancelled if I have not spoken to you prior to ensure your request can be done. We do not offer font choices and what you see in a listing picture is what you will receive. Custom designs may not be requested after an order is placed due to our quick turnaround times. If a custom design is approved all information discussed prior to ordering will need to be included in the original order notes when the order is placed.
{ORDER ERRORS}
I am human and make mistakes. They do happen on occasion due to our large order volume and I have no problem fixing them when it is my fault. Please contact me with KINDNESS. Rude, derogatory, or inappropriate communication due to any frustration will result in being reported to Etsy. This is rare, but please be appropriate as again, I am only human and more than happy to fix my mistakes. :)
