OUR POLICIES For VINYL LP's

1.Because of the care we take in grading each album and the number of photos that are supplied, we consider all sales to be final.

2.All of the vinyl records we sell are vintage and most are over 50 or in some cases 60 years old. This means that they will inevitably have some audio or visual signs of their age.

3.We include the album identification number in the listing and attempt where possible to identify the actual pressing of the album using matrix run-out numbers and other sources. We do not claim an album is a ‘first issue' unless all available information matches the claim.

4.Grading is ultimately subjective but we follow Goldmine standards when deciding on the grading of an album.

5.Our rating is based on a detailed visual inspection of the album including the cover, sleeves, labels, enclosures, and the vinyl disk(s) themselves. Unless otherwise specified, all albums have been listened to as part of the grading and pricing process.

6.We are not audiophiles and the equipment we have for listening to an album is not what an audiophile might have available. However, our equipment is of high enough quality to determine if there is excessive noise on the disk or if there is a skip on any track, etc.

7.We supply pictures of the album cover front and back, album specific sleeves, any enclosures and both sides of the vinyl disk(s). These are pictures of the actual album you will receive so please use them in your buying decision. We do not use any stock photos.

8.We do not charge for packaging materials or for handling. You pay only for the shipping method you choose.

9.We will ship your album using USPS within one business day of your payment clearing. We do not ship to 3rd party addresses, P.O. boxes or outside the continental USA and Canada.

10.All domestic US purchases will be shipped free. Canadian orders will be shipped USPS First Class Package International for a discounted fee of $12.00 USD .

11.We ship in boxes made specifically for vinyl records. We place each album in a new clear plastic cover and include foam board inserts to protect the album in transit.

12.If there is a shipping issue or if you have any questions about a particular album, please e-mail us and we will get back to you usually within 24 hrs. Your satisfaction is important to us so please e-mail us with any questions or comments.

13.Express shipping is available. Prior to purchase the customer must first e-mail us telling us what city the shipment will go to and how soon they desire to receive delivery. We will temporarily make the listing inactive to prevent other purchasers and we will check all available options that, combined with expedited packaging, pick-up or drop-off, will meet the customer's desired delivery time. We will notify the customer if we can accommodate the express shipping and will set out the additional cost that would be involved. If the customer agrees to the extra charge we will reactivate the listing with the express shipping option and the customer can complete the purchase. We will submit the package to the carrier at the earliest possible opportunity and you will be notified with the tracking number. We cannot guarantee the delivery performance of the carrier and assume no liability for failure to deliver on time. The shipment will be insured.The express shipping fee charged will be the actual shipping charge, we won't add any extra fee for expedited packaging or handling.
