I believe this is a First Edition. Signed as a gift to Edgar C Raine, who I believe was James' brother.

Condition is good for it's age. Spine is slightly faded and bumped at the corners, also a water ring on the front from a glass.
Paper has yellowed over time. Slight musty smell from storage. Pages are clean and binding is tight.
