There are 21 full sheets of Pokémon and trainers. 378 in total and 5 (90 cards) sheets of energy. Cards are retailer generally look to be in MP/LP or better condition. But I did see some HP cards. Not a lot though. There are a Few rares but mostly common and uncommon. There are some multiples. I tired to show every page in the pictures.
