Christmas Angel, Angel Linocut, Original Work of Art, Sacred Angel, OOAK retailer

This is an original linocut based on an oil painting by Pre-Raphaelite Edward Burne-Jones in the 19th century. It depicts a feminine angel blowing a trumpet, and the original is one of my favorite artworks. It has been designed and printed by hand by me years ago onto a piece of vintage Japanese handmade paper which contains gold and silver metallic flecks, giving the work an elegant and spiritual feeling. I have not seen this kind of paper for many years, and wonder if they even make it now.

The paper size is 9 1/4" x 12 1/2" and the image is 8" x 10". It comes in a protective cellophane envelope retailer and is ready for framing. Signed, titled and dated by me along with my signature red chop. This is a very special piece and true one-of-a-kind work of art.
