Condition:
Clean covers and spine; bright gilt lettering on the spine. Cloth tears to the outer corners of the front cover, and to the top and bottom edges of the spine. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. There is a thin, light stain at retailer the upper-inner page corners throughout the book...otherwise clean with only an occasional light smudge here and there; pages 271, 274, 275 and the last illustrated advertisement page each have a blue ink smudge in the outer margin. Name/date (1914) written in pencil on the front end paper. The book has a light musty odor. Overall the book is in Very Good- condition.
