VINTAGE PASTE BROOCH retailer Edwardian Floral Collectable Costume Jewellery

This beautiful Edwardian-style oval brooch has 16 pale blue paste oval-cut stones set in silvertone metal between marcasite foliage sprigs and finished with a tiny paste-set flower head to each side. This lovely design is Edwardian in style from the early C20th. The colour of the stones has slight variations and the shape is slightly asymmetrical, all adding to the charm and glamour of this lovely vintage/antique piece.

Measuring approx 48mm across and in very good condition, clean and very sparkly, with pin and safety catch in good working order. On very close inspection, some of the stones have very small scratches/nibbles but these are not apparent when worn.
