This striking pagan prayer beads set has been handcrafted with the Celtic crow Goddess Morrigan in mind - queen of phantoms, demons, shape-shifters and witches.

This set is 22" (55cm) long and has been handcrafted with amethyst points, deep red garnet, labradorite, and Czech crystals.

A handcrafted artisan wooden tile charm (39x12mm) hangs from one end of the prayer beads, featuring a skeleton and crow illustration set beneath jeweller's grade resin.

An antique silver plated crow's skull (35x12mm) hangs from the other.

Amethyst is considered an extremely powerful and protective stone with a high spiritual vibration.

Iridescent labradorite is seen as a highly mystical and protective stone, whilst garnet is seen as powerfully energizing and regenerating.

Pagan prayer beads or witches' ladders are used for meditation, spell casting and focusing spiritual energies.

My design here holds 40 beads divided by the numbers 3, 7, 9 and 21 - numbers I've chosen for their magickal and spiritual significance.

All of my prayer beads are highly tactile - they are made with smooth, cool gemstones, textured metal filigrees, shiny glazed ceramics and hard antiqued silver.

You will find that certain colours and themes resonate the strongest with you - if you follow your instincts you will be drawn to the right pieces for you.

ABOUT THE SECRET CHARM
I am a Self Representing Artist in Jewellery Design (SRAJD #4067) living by the sea in the Highlands of Scotland, drawing inspiration from my beautiful surroundings, the nature within it, and from the many fascinating myths and legends of Celtic folklore.
