Roseville pottery, Ixia Pink and Blue Flower Frog. What a great find. Here is a 1937 pottery frog. Often broken or misplaced these are not easy to find. The pink and blues are the soft muted color. The pattern, Ixia is on the one side. There is a slot in the base where the water would flow so your flowers survive. The pattern was introduced in 1937 and production continues for several years. No exact date on this frog. This piece is unmarked as Roseville. A very nice item for your Frog or Roseville collection.

Measures ABOUT 3 inches tall and is 3 1/4 inches across the base.

NO CHIPS or crazing. There is a small brown stain on the base, where it would have sat in the water. See photo 3, 10 lower right side.
