This is a spectacular Royal Doulton "Finishing Touch" woman figurine designed by Valerie Annand. This piece was first introduced in 2002 from the In Vogue classics. It depicts a young woman elegantly dress and is putting on a gorgeous gold necklace. She is wearing a long blue and white long dress that has no sleeves but dainty straps. Her hair is light brown and is styled up in a twisted bun. The details of this piece are magnificent and look very realistic. She has a beautiful somber face and is retailer incredibly detailed. The figurine is high glazed. It's 9" tall. The Royal Doulton is displayed at the bottom with the item's numbers. No cracks or chips. Excellent condition. No original box or papers.
