This is an English Enoch Wood & retailer Sons "Wellesley" Pattern Tea Pot.
Description: This is a very difficult piece to find! The pot is 4 1/2" tall and measures 5 1/4" across the bottom. The pot has a capacity of about four cups. The piece is marked (embossed into) Woods, England.
This sturdy little pot is made in England and is in absolute perfect condition. It is a ceramic pot. It does not appear to have ever been used at all! The lid is pristine, the spout is perfect, the color is rich and dark. The handle is large and easy to hold. If I drank tea, I would want to have my tea in this wonderful pot!!
I have only seen one other listed before but want you to have this treasure in your home! - This lovely little teapot would make a great Mother's Day gift too!
