'Growth'


This piece belongs to the series 'Progression'. This artwork has been designed around the concept of life and growth. Using pencil work for early beginnings and the the lighter colours to create this image of delicate flower petals who's edges are not truly defined, I hope to use it as a metaphor for a person's growth and changes in life. The bold defined areas are when a person finally comes into their own.

The design of this geometric piece has been constructed from a single point using just a ruler and compass to create tessellating shapes.

This is a Giclee print of a hand-drawn and hand-painted art work I have done, using high quality watercolours.
It is printed on high quality etch paper which has a very similar texture and look to watercolour paper.

This is the main size I sell, to fit into a standard 40x50cm frame. The actual image size is smaller to accommodate a mount if wanted.

Postage and packaging:

The print will be sent in reinforced corrugated flat packaging. Each print will be sent with a hard backing that will fit into your frame retailer as well. For sizes bigger than 40x50cm, it will be sent in a protective tube to reduce risk of damage during shipping.
