Kiln formed glass also known as glass fusing is the art of cutting glass,
layering and firing to create art pieces. Some items take several firings
and can take between 16-24 hours each time.

Made to order items can take 14-21 days.

My name is Jackie and I live in a hamlet in Worcestershire where I have a glass studio. My work is Kiln fired

Items are not refundable unless the quality is not as pictured.



Bespoke items :- Once design is completed and Shown to you for approval I will make the item and
show it to you before posting out. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to check any spellings and colour/size options.

Glass being glass has it's imperfections i.e small bubbles etc. However nothing leaves my studio that is substandard.

If you order more than one thing please be aware that no two pieces will be identical.



I pack the items very well for postage however things can go wrong (it happens) the item will be replaced,
a refund will only be given if I am not able to replace it. Photographic proof needed of the damage
All of my packaging is reused boxes and bubble wrap, that way i can pass the savings on to you for postage and do my bit for the environment. It would make me happy to know that you then go on to recycle-reuse the packaging.
