The way it is hemmed leads me to believe this was a handmade skirt that was never finished. It is hemmed and has a zipper. It needs a waistband. I do not have the waistband fabric. No stains, holes or tears. I am selling as used because I am not certain that it was not worn and taken apart. Photos are an important part of the description.
