This is a "First Bound" copy of the Hole Rolling Stone issue from August 24, 1995.

First Bound copies are the first off the press and were sent to the Rolling Stone offices in NYC before being released to the public. I worked at Rolling Stone in the 90s and this and the other magazines I have listed here come from my private collection.

They have never been read and retailer they have been stored in an archival plastic sleeve in a temperature controlled environment for the last 25+ years.
