Very Vintage ~ beautiful blue & purple fabric, soft like satin. Arbe Vintage Label Made in Italy

Obviously in Year 2020 Size 30" Waist is NOT a Size 14

The tag reads Size 14 /ILGWU tag on the dress. Pant tag reads Arbe, Size 14

CONDITION: Good, however there are approx. 20 retailer tiny rhinestones missing around the collar.
