Antique silver plate 7 piece retailer teaspoon set with sugar tongs, original gift box, excellent condition

Antique silver plate 7 teaspoons with sugar tongs in original box. Deep purple satin and velvet inside box. The box has some age and a bit tired on the outside. The outside colour of the box is a deep forest green, some wear and tattering of the edges. Brass push button to open box. The spoons are in nice clean condition as is the sugar tong. These are silver plate however I was unable to transcribe the other markings, please see photos for clarification. A nice clean set for collectors.

Spoons measure 4 1/4" and sugar tong is 4 1/8"
