Vintage 1940s Dark Slate retailer Blue Sequin Belted Dress

Vintage 1940s Dark Slate Blue Sequin Belted Dress. This pretty rayon dress appears to be skillfully handmade. The dress has a keyhole neckline, fastened with a hook, and a pretty gathered tie detail. Shoulders are stitched in swirling black sequins. Just below the knee-length dress has shoulder pads, a belt, and a peplum. Side zipper. The dress is in good vintage condition, with no holes or tears, though the rayon fabric is discolored and could use a re-dye (see pictures).
