This lovely Oil lamp retailer has been electrified many years ago; however, the previous owner cut the cord to use the lamp as décor only. The base is 11" tall The glass globe is 10" Tall The shade is 10" wide on the inside The base is very ornate all the way around. The oil cap is easy to remove The know is imprinted: Map. May 21 Overall it is in wonderful condition but does have a couple of small dents in the smooth part of the base...see photos. The lamp is very sturdy and sets flat on a tabletop. There are no loose parts It sill had the round Aladdin style wick The globe and shade fit very securely onto the base Not sure of the age but owner states it is at least 100 years old and probably much older.
