My art represents the bold, refined, and colorful spirits of my two late sons. Their deaths in 2016 and 2018 inspired me to create beauty and keep me sane.

Artist Statement:
Tracy uses the absolute best materials she can find on the market. She loves the science and chemistry of her artform and is fascinated by the end results of her own creativity intermingled with what science does behind the scenes. The mystery of the final result keeps her inspired to create.

Technique:
Tracy is an expert in "abstract cellism" which retailer is modern art utilizing cell structures as design elements. This technique requires measuring the density of each color of paint and layering them to create the cells.
She uses only 100% High Polymer Acrylic Dispersion paint which offers the most brilliant semi-opaque highly pigmented formula, water-based, acrylic metallic paint on the market.

Training:
Tracy researched the chemistry of acrylic paint and density formulas. Through trial and error, she developed a unique technique for creating beautiful acrylic cells in a pleasing composition of movement and color.
