This is a Frozen inspired pleat dress. The color is white and the brand is retailer Magnolia Blanks. There is four embroidered characters along the bottom. In the center of the chest is the embroidered wording “Let It Go” with snowflakes or I can do a name like shown in the pic. I can also put snowflakes on the collars or her name.
