This is a stunning, large vintage 925 silver ring with an amazing blue cat's eye shaped center stone.
This gorgeous stone is a lovely translucent medium blue color with some tones of pink around the edges. It may be moonstone or chalcedony or something else, I have no way to know for sure, but it is really pretty.
The open back retailer, 925 silver cast setting is heavy in weight - the whole ring with the stone weighs 16 gms.
The horizontal setting of the large stone gives it a very modern, striking eye catching look.
The flat back of the stone can be seen inside the open back setting. Marked 925 on the inside base of the band with no other hallmark, the setting is testing as silver.
A great vintage ring to add to any collection or to give as a gift to someone special.
