PROCESSING TIME:
The normal processing time for this hand made item after the custom design has been created and approved is 7 to 10 business days. Large quantity items could possibly take more time additional business days.

PHOTO SUBMISSIONS: The best photo quality is based upon the submitted photo(s) which should be a large high-resolution photo at retailer least 300 dpi. Any photo submissions less than 300 dpi could possibly contain some pixilation. For photos that we consider too busy, we will let you know whether we will be able to work with it photo or not.
