A c.1880 Victorian Sterling Silver Serving retailer Spoon - 37 grams

Lovely Victorian sterling silver serving spoon with a flowing design on the handle that's flanked by circular design elements. There is a maker's mark on the back that I can't quite make out along with marks denoting the silver content. An engraving on the handle reads 'Belle'. It measures approximately 7 1/2 inches long x 1.5 inches on the bowl and weighs 37 grams
