Spring themed hand retailer painted welcome slate with a Rose Breasted Grosbeak in a flowering cherry tree, signed by J Moore and made in the USA, ca 1990s, 12 x 8 x 1/4". The twine hanger is adjustable and can be hidden behind the slate, if preferred.
