Glass bottle bling with hand painted blue & pink retailer flowers

How beautiful would this hand painted bottle be filled with some water and blue food coloring sitting near a window.
For decorative purposes only, decorative bottles have been around for years. I recall my mother having 50 or more decorative decanters each filled with a different color.
Being the youngest of 5 daughters, I easily remember pretending to be a mad scientist mixing up Strang concoctions like Dr jekyll & my Hyde. Course I really only managed to make a mess for mom to clean up.
Anyway- I decorated this using acrylics, rhinestones, various beads and a few chains & crystals.
