**Technically EUR 38 is a size US 7.5, but these boots run small in my opinion! I'm a 7.5 and they're too tight throughout which is why I'm selling. I think they'll fit a 7 perfectly, especially if your feet are narrow. Because of this, I've made the listing reflect a size 7! Great condition! Only worn twice. Once was in snow and they retailer got a little stained near the toes, but nothing too noticeable. Please refer to the photos! Retails for $198 online!
