The cherry blossom is the national flower of Japan.

Known as Sakura in Japanese, cherry blossoms are ceremonial symbols and are used for receptions such as the traditional Hanami. There are several meanings attached to this stunning flower. It was interpreted as ‘transient retailer of life', since it is very fragile and has a short blooming period.

The peacock symbolizes dignity and beauty. In China, the bird was a symbol of the Ming Dynasty, representing divinity, rank, power, and beauty. The peacock with its tail of 100 eyes is also associated with the goddess Guan Yin
