Hand knitted beanie hat with stranded colorwork motif of a Norwegian Star and faux fur pom pom. I have made the hat with medium weight yarn; it is fairly lightweight, and perfectly suited for cooler autumn days. For the darker background colour I used a tweedy wool silk mix, the Norwegian Stars are knit with a soft woolrich yarn.

The faux fur pom pom can easily be fluffed up again with a hair dryer; just give it a little blow on low setting and heat and it will fluff up nicely.

This beanie is a small adult size.
