Front Door Portrait, retailer Door Illustration, Housewarming Gift, New Homeowner, Closing Day, Our First Home

This listing is for a hand drawn front door portrait based off of a photograph that you send me.

STEPS TO ORDER:

- Pick your size and purchase any custom front door illustration listing.
- Within one week after ordering please send me a clear shot of the front door. This can be via Etsy Conversation or you can email SouthHouseInk [!at] gmail.com with your order number in the subject.
-Straight shot of the door is preferred. Overcast lighting for pics is best to avoid bright sun and harsh shadows.
-In the notes section please include any details you do not want me to miss (outdoor ornaments, house numbers, wreaths, etc). Also include house, door, and trim colors, etc. I will omit obstructions of the door unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I will send a picture of the final drawing for approval before shipping. Keep in mind that once I start adding ink it's hard to correct so the Notes section is very important. I will try to keep you updated throughout the process.
-If you would like the drawing personalized with a name, address, or "Our First Home", let me know! No extra cost.

ARTWORK DETAILS:

-Custom front door portrait - based off of a photograph that you send me.
-Paper: Acid free, heavyweight (100 lb) Bristol paper.
-Materials: Pencil, Ink, Marker (These drawings are not watercolors, but the art markers give it the same feel)
-Drawings are unframed and do not include mat or other materials.
-Packaged in retailer clear cellophane bag with foam board backing to ensure protection.
-Shipped in rigid, stay flat envelope. Signature is required upon delivery.


SIZE DETAILS:

-4" x 6" size- Door portrait area will be sized to fit a 4" x 6" mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 5" x 7".
-5" x 7" size- Door portrait area will be sized to fit a 5"x7 mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 6"x9".
-8" x 10" size- Door portrait area will be sized to fit an 8" x 10" mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 9" x 12".

-Please note that this is an artistic representation of your door and is not a replica.
-I have the right to showcase your drawing on my Etsy page and social media accounts unless agreed upon prior to ordering. I understand the element of surprise!

-Order can be cancelled and refunded if door photo has not been sent after 10 days.
-Once picture is received, it will take 3-4 weeks for production.
